How Wishes Are
Granted
To
qualify for a grant for a wish from An Elderly
Wish Foundation a recipient:
- Must be over 60 years
of age
- Must be a resident
of Contra Costa County
- Condition must be
a terminal or life threatening disease, certified
by
a physician
- The Board of Directors
will be the final authority on wishes granted
- Can be referred by
anyone
An Elderly Wish Foundation is located in
Antioch, California. Due to current funding and staffing
constraints, we must limit our focus to meet the needs of
Contra Costa County residents only.
We look forward expanding our assistance as soon as possible. |
